A safe space to explore what matters most.
1:1 Therapy
Welcome. Starting therapy can feel daunting, and it’s normal to wonder whether you’ll feel understood or whether it will help.
I offer a confidential one-to-one space that’s warm, collaborative, and free from judgement, where you can take your time and work at your own pace.
In our sessions, we’ll make room for what you really want to talk about, even if it feels difficult to say out loud. Therapy doesn’t have to be neat or linear: we can move between topics, memories, and timelines in a way that matches how life actually feels.
Individual therapy is a space to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and to better understand what’s happening for you — whether you’re looking for relief, insight, new coping strategies, or meaningful change. Sessions can be short-term or longer-term, shaped around your needs, goals, and readiness.
My work is informed by an intersectional and anti-oppressive stance. This is a space where you are welcome as you are, and where we can hold the realities of identity, culture, power, and the wider systems that shape lived experience — alongside what’s happening in your inner world.
Supervision
Supervision offers supervisees a reflective, supportive space to explore their practice with curiosity and clarity. I provide confidential one-to-one sessions that are collaborative and non-judgemental, helping you navigate clinical challenges, ethical dilemmas, and personal growth within your work.
We'll make room for what matters most to you — whether developing your therapeutic skills, processing complex cases, or integrating your own experiences as a practitioner. My Level 6 Supervisor training, combined with extensive frontline experience across diverse communities, informs an intersectional approach that values your unique perspective and context.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and can be short-term focused or ongoing, always at your pace. This is a space to feel professionally held so you can show up confidently for your clients.
