Calm, collaborative, and at your pace. Expect a warm, grounded space where you’re encouraged to be real, without needing to filter or perform. I’ll listen closely, offer reflections and questions, and draw on person‑centred therapy, CBT and coaching when it feels helpful, always with an intersectional, anti‑oppressive lens so you leave feeling understood and more able to trust your own way forward.

I work in an open-ended way, so we will decide together what feels right and review as we go. To begin with, I suggest weekly sessions, as going longer than a fortnight can make it harder to stay connected to the work. Over time, some people choose to move to less frequent sessions, such as monthly check-ins, to maintain progress when things are feeling more stable.

I provide a complimentary, 15-minute initial consultation.
Each session of individual therapy is charged at £75 for 60 minutes, payable in advance via bank transfer to secure your appointment. I offer block-booking options upon request.
Each session of supervision is charged at £60 for 1 hour, or £85 for 90 minutes.
I am committed to reducing barriers to accessing therapy; as such I offer a limited number of concessions. This includes for those in training.
Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
